Out of Class Conduct

  • Pupils should always act in ways, which bring credit to the school.
  • Pupils travelling to school by public or ‘contract’ transport shall behave in a way which does not cause any inconvenience to fellow travellers or damage to property.
  • At lunchtime pupils shall either  go home, purchase a school meal or eat sandwiches in the canteen.  Only Year 11 pupils and those going home may leave the school grounds.
  • Pupils shall not bring valuable property to school as we cannot be responsible for its safety.  Money should be carried on the person and must NOT be left in bags or coat pockets.
  • Abersychan School is a NO SMOKING establishment.  Pupils may not smoke in or around the school or whilst travelling to and from school.
  • All pupils must ensure that Abersychan School remains a LITTER and GRAFFITI FREE school.
