History Trip Winter 2008

Mr B. Evans and Mr G. White of the History department, aided by Assistant Headteacher, Mr G. James, took a group of 45 Year 11 Pupils on a visit to London.

The pupils first went to the Imperial War Museum where they spent time investigating the First and Second World War Galleries as well as looking at the special In Memoriam exhibition, which commemorated the 90th anniversary of the end of the First World War. Some brave pupils even undertook the Blitz experience!

The pupils then enjoyed a breathtaking ride on the London Eye before doing some Christmas shopping and celebrity spotting at Harrods. A fabulous day was had by all and the pupils were a real credit to the school.
